The kit is based on the illustration «Magnolia grandiflora» by the English artist Mary Delany, known for her botanical paper mosaics. She created flower illustrations on a black background using tissue paper appliqué. Delany’s collection of nearly a thousand exquisite works is housed in the British Museum.
